1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds (expressed in Indonesian Rupiah) credited to your Account at any given time, available for wagering on games or withdrawal subject to applicable requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by mbak2d, subject to specific terms including wagering requirements and validity periods as stated in the applicable promotion.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from your personal bank account or e-wallet to your mbak2d Account Balance using approved payment methods.
• "Game" refers to any sports betting market, casino game, slot machine, live dealer table, or other gaming product offered on the Platform, provided by mbak2d or third-party suppliers.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process requiring you to submit valid identification documents to confirm your identity, age, and residency before certain Account activities are permitted.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from your mbak2d Account Balance to your designated bank account or e-wallet, processed according to our withdrawal policies and procedures.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake you place on a Game outcome using your Account Balance, which may result in a win, loss, or other outcome as determined by Game rules.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an Account on mbak2d, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform.
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.

• You are acting solely on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.

3.2 Account Registration Process

Account creation requires you to provide personal information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You must ensure all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify mbak2d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. You acknowledge that you are liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you have notified us of a security breach.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on mbak2d. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple Accounts registered to the same individual (determined by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or other identifying factors), we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all bets, and confiscate any Balance or winnings.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our regulatory compliance and fraud prevention measures, mbak2d requires all Users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit valid identification documents, which may include: Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

mbak2d accepts deposits through approved payment methods including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources and belong solely to you. We reserve the right to refuse deposits or request documentation verifying the source of funds if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity. Deposits made from joint bank accounts, third-party accounts, or business accounts may be rejected and returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to security verification. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request can be processed. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on your Account verification level and activity history.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri bank transfers are typically processed within 15-60 minutes during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB); requests submitted outside business hours are processed on the next business day. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) typically take 1-4 hours. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Fees and Charges

mbak2d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or processing fees, for which we are not responsible. All withdrawals are subject to deduction of any applicable banking charges imposed by intermediary or correspondent banks.

4.4 Wagering Requirements for Deposits

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before the deposited amount can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place a total of at least Rp 500,000 in bets before you can withdraw the original deposit amount plus any winnings. This requirement applies even if no Bonus was claimed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

mbak2d offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and prohibited betting patterns. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Different game types contribute different percentages toward fulfilling wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute lower percentages (10-50%) or be excluded entirely. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We may restrict or exclude certain Users from participating in specific promotions based on account history, betting patterns, or other factors at our sole discretion.

6. Gaming Rules and User Conduct

6.1 Game Rules and Outcomes

Each Game available on mbak2d has specific rules governing gameplay, betting options, payout structures, and outcome determination. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any Game before placing a wager. Game rules are accessible through the Game information section or help menu within each Game. All Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by actual physical game outcomes. Once a bet is placed and accepted by our system, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

6.2 Sports Betting Specifics

For sports betting markets including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and other sporting events, we reserve the right to void bets or adjust odds in cases of obvious errors, including but not limited to: incorrect odds publication, match postponement or cancellation, player lineup changes, and other circumstances affecting the integrity or fairness of the betting market. 6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mbak2d:

• Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Engaging in arbitrage betting (betting on all possible outcomes across different platforms to guarantee profit)
• Deliberately disconnecting during gameplay to avoid losses or manipulate results
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for personal gain
• Using VPN services or proxy servers to disguise your location or identity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any Platform software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or mbak2d staff members

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account closure, confiscation of Balance, and potential legal action.

6.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a Game malfunction, system error, or technical fault that affects gameplay or outcomes, we reserve the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes to affected Users. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard term applicable to all electronic Games on our Platform.

7. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

While we strive to ensure continuous Platform availability, mbak2d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform or any Game at any time for maintenance, security updates, legal compliance, or other operational reasons. 7.2 Third-Party Providers

Any disputes regarding third-party Game outcomes must be resolved in accordance with that provider's dispute resolution procedures.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mbak2d, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any other commercial damages or losses resulting from your gambling activities.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform or any Game is to discontinue using the service. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of mbak2d exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

7.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mbak2d and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party rights, (c) your use or misuse of the Platform, or (d) any dispute between you and other Users.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

mbak2d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activities. We recognize that while most individuals gamble responsibly as a form of entertainment, gambling can become problematic for some people.

We provide several responsible gaming tools accessible through your Account settings:

9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process any pending withdrawals and close your Account within 7 business days. Any remaining Balance in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened; you would need to register a new Account subject to these Terms.

9.2 Involuntary Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Your Account remains inactive (no login or gaming activity) for 12 consecutive months

• We determine, in our sole discretion, that continuing to provide service to you poses unacceptable risk

In the event of Account termination for breach of Terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining Balance and withhold any pending withdrawals. If your Account is terminated due to inactivity, we will return any remaining Balance to your registered payment method, minus any applicable administrative fees.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to online gambling platforms.
